Luminosity and ex-eLevate have won their respective qualification matches to advance to the North American division of the FACEIT 2015 League's third season.
With official matches already getting taking place for Season 3 of the FACEIT 2015 League in Europe, the North American and Oceanian divisions have been idling in neutral until the completion of their respective qualifiers.
With two teams advancing from each region's qualifier for the 2015 League, and with G2.Kinguin and HellRaisers accomplishing said feat in Europe, it was North America's turn next with two qualifying matches taking place, on September 17 and 19.

The Brazilians of Luminosity were the first to snag a spot in the FACEIT League, moving through not-so-easily-won games against fellow countrymen of Games Academy in the quarter-final and then defeating Shahzeb "ShahZaM" Khan's Conquest 2-1 in the qualifier's match, with the latter match going into double overtime on the final map.

The second qualifier's match saw CLG taking on the ex-eLevate lineup, the latter of which comprises Peter "ptr" Gurney, an old eLevate core from this summer in Adam "aKis" Kisseberth and Steven "rooRoooo" Herrell, and finally two mostly online talents in Jake "Stewie2K" Yip and Alec "Slemmy" White.
With CLG advancing over FolloweSports.com and ex-eLevate taking down Method in the teams' respective quarter-finals, the deciding match saw ex-eLevate come out with guns blazing, and actually upset the North American favourites CLG with a score of 2-1 (16-13 on de_dust2, 9-16 on de_cache, and 16-13 on de_mirage).

Meanwhile, the Oceanian qualifiers, which will add two teams from that region to the four Australian teams already waiting in the division, kick off Monday September 21 and conclude the following day.
